Let's say you have a special hydrafacial deal for new customers. Many medical spas offer hydrafacials. So, why should someone choose your spa over another spa that's offering a similar deal? Sure, your staff may be more experienced or well-trained, and perhaps your products or equipment are better than your competitors.
