How to Overcome the Revolving Door of New Customers! ๐Ÿšช

A common strategy to attract more customers is by offering Groupon deals or special promotions for first-time customers. While it brings in initial traffic if only a fraction of those customers stick around afterward, I'm sorry to say that the problem lies with your business, not them. ๐Ÿ˜ž The good news is that it's a problem you can solve! ๐Ÿ”ง

Although these types of deals attract price-sensitive customers, if they're not sticking around, it means that what you're offering isn't unique enough for them to stay. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Let's say you have a special hydrafacial deal for new customers. Many medical spas offer hydrafacials. So, why should someone choose your spa over another spa that's offering a similar deal? Sure, your staff may be more experienced or well-trained, and perhaps your products or equipment are better than your competitors.

First, you need to ask yourself, do your customers know this? If it's not overtly obvious to the first-time customer, then you must invest in improving your customer experience. ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ

Your customer experience, from the moment they book an appointment with you to the after-care, should be incredible! You need to create an atmosphere that makes them feel like they are Kim Kardashian coming to your spa and has never had a facial before. I admit both are unrealistic scenarios ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ, yet that is the mindset you need to have when designing your customer experience.๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒŸ

If you're still unsure about the power of customer experience, remember this:

โ€œJeff Bezos spent 100 times more on improving the customer experience than he did on advertising in Amazon's first year of business.โ€

๐Ÿš€Because of that, he forever changed customers' expectations! You, too can have a wildly successful business with the right customer experience strategies. ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’ผ
