Q: How does the “secret shopper” part work with patient privacy?
For clinics that require extensive upfront testing, I’ll go through the journey as far as possible. If it reaches the point of testing, that’s when we’ll switch to reviewing recorded patient sessions (with permission) so I can still see what’s happening behind the scenes.
